Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
- Most orders ship within 2–3 business days.
- Custom orders may take a little longer. If so, we will communicate timing at the time of purchase.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.
- Estimated delivery times within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
International Shipping:
- We currently ship internationally to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
- International shipping charges are estimates. Final shipping cost may be adjusted if the packed shipment moves into a higher carrier weight tier. Any difference will be invoiced before shipment.
Damages:
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away at barrels@badmotivatorbarrels.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will take care of it as quickly as possible.
