Shipping and Delivery

Once your order leaves our shop, we will do everything we can to help track and resolve shipping issues, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates for international shipments.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Special Orders

Because special orders are made-to-order barrels and cannot be canceled or returned once production has begun, except where required by law.

Where applicable, customers who exercise a legal right of withdrawal are responsible for the cost of returning the product. Special order and made-to-order products may not qualify for withdrawal rights under applicable law.
