International Shipping

Order Processing
We ship to most countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
If your country does not appear as a shipping option at checkout, we are unfortunately unable to ship to your location at this time.
Please make sure your phone number is included with your shipping information, as many international carriers require it for delivery.

Shipping Costs and Customs
The buyer is responsible for:

  • International shipping costs
  • Customs duties and import taxes
  • Any additional fees charged by the carrier or customs

Please check with your local customs office before placing an order so there are no surprises.

If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

International shipping charges are estimates. Final shipping cost may be adjusted if the packed shipment moves into a higher carrier weight tier. Any difference will be invoiced before shipment.

Shipping Terms
International orders are shipped under Free Carrier (FCA) terms. Once the order is handed to the shipping carrier, the carrier is responsible for transportation and delivery.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, or other shipping delays outside of our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by country and shipping method. Most international orders arrive within 2–4 weeks, but delays may occur due to customs or shipping carriers.

Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to start a return or exchange.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any shipping costs for exchanged items.
