Shipping Costs and Customs:
- Shipping Costs: All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Customs and Import Duties: Any customs or import duties are also the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs office before purchasing.
- Interco Agreement: Our interco agreement is Free Carrier (FCA). This means the buyer is responsible for nominating a carrier, all transportation costs and risks from our location onward, including export and import duties, taxes, and any other charges or regulations.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the shipping method chosen. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Returns and Exchanges:
- Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the original item and shipping the replacement item.
