We ship Badmotivator Legacy Barrels to customers around the world. International shipping has a few extra complications, so here are some things to know before placing your order.

Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other import charges when they arrive in your country.

These costs are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless we specifically say otherwise. Any duties, taxes, or other import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If you’re not sure what to expect, check with your local customs office before ordering.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier. Customs inspections, local regulations, weather, and other things outside our control can cause delays.

Once your order leaves our shop, we’ll do what we can to help track it and sort out shipping problems, but we can’t guarantee international delivery dates.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If an order is refused, abandoned, or returned because duties, taxes, fees, or required customs information weren’t provided, any costs charged back to us will be deducted from the refund.

That can include the original shipping cost, return shipping, customs fees, brokerage fees, storage fees, or other charges associated with getting the shipment back to us.

Returns and Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange something, please visit our Returns and Exchanges page before sending anything back.

Unless local law requires otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping and any duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or carrier charges associated with the return.

Returned items must be new and unused and meet the requirements of our return policy.

Customers are also responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges.

Special Orders

Special-order and made-to-order barrels cannot be canceled or returned once production has begun, except where required by law.

Customers in the EU

Customers in the European Union may have additional rights under local consumer protection laws.

Where applicable, customers who exercise a legal right of withdrawal are responsible for the cost of returning the product. Special-order and made-to-order products may not qualify for withdrawal rights under applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
