Time will tell, but seems like the real deal

Received a few weeks ago, followed instructions included in the box (very helpful). Wine grapes arrive in a few weeks. Going to try my hand at a Bordeaux style blend with this barrel.

I've previously ordered a 1.8 gallon French oak barrel to age a sauvignon blanc brandy and the results are amazing, even just after 6 months. This 5 gallon barrel has been just put down to age a chenin blanc / colombard blend and I'm really excited to see how this goes.
