Did you say Amburana?

This is an experimental barrel. From my testing, it imparts flavor very quickly. Most spirits only need a few weeks before refilling with water or another spirit.

Is it truly aging? Well... perhaps once the intense barrel flavor has mellowed a bit.

This marks our third batch of Amburana barrels, and we’re interested to hear your thoughts, whether they're positive or negative. Do you think we should continue producing these and work toward a regular wood source?

You’ll get two bungs: one used during testing, plus a spare.
