Pre jointed quartersawn American white oak head
Spigot and bung
What you’ll do
Cut the oak head into a circle to fit the bain marie
Drill a 15 mm hole for the spigot
Drill a 5 degree tapered bung hole
Toast, char, or finish the head as you like
