Ex-Wine French Oak Barrel for Spirit Aging

These barrels start life aging Oregon Pinot Noir, soaking up all the rich flavors that come with it. We work with a local wine cooperage that saves these barrels for us whenever they replace a head. Then, we transform them into smaller barrels, perfect for home aging.

The tight grain of the French Oak and the touch of Pinot Noir left behind give your spirits a smooth, balanced finish with hints of dark fruit, baking spices, and a bit of vanilla. They’re great for adding a unique twist to your whiskies, bourbons, brandies, or any spirit you’re aging.
