• Larger Size: Designed with a 5-gallon (19L) capacity to match a common batch size for both beer and wine.
• Your Char: Customize your barrel with your preferred char level. During the remanufacturing process, most of the original char is removed. Choose whether to keep the original char or have us apply a fresh char 2 layer.

• Special Orders: Unique touches take time. Special orders may take up to 3 weeks before shipping.
• Spigot: Our extended spigot is designed for 1/2" (12.5mm) tubing, allowing you to minimize oxygen exposure when bottling.

Production Notice: Ex-bourbon barrel production is paused during the summer months. High temperatures and low humidity make it difficult to build these barrels to our standards. Production resumes when cooler, wetter weather returns around October.
