Aged for 48 months in Missouri, our 1.8-gallon American White Oak Barrel, crafted in Eugene, Oregon, is designed to replicate the surface area of a full 53-gallon barrel for premium spirit aging.

Toast and Char Levels Suggestions for Flavor Profiles:
Light Toast, Char 2:
- Light Rum: Adds mild complexity
- Tequila: Light depth for short aging
Medium Toast, Char 2:
- Bourbon & Rye Whiskey: Adds balanced caramel and vanilla with floral notes
- Apple Brandy: Complements fruitiness
Medium-Plus Toast, Char 3:

Haven't actually used my barrel yet, but the companies service was fast. The product came packed in a fantastic air sealed bag with a great attention to detail. Obviously a very cool company with great customer service!
Recently got my barrel. Well constructed. Just wish it came with a stand. I filled it with Wild Turkey 101 and I’ll see what we have in 9 months-a year.. 4 stars are based on construction . If it came with a stand I’d have given it 5 stars.
