Aged for 48 months in Missouri, our 1.8-gallon American White Oak Barrel, crafted in Eugene, Oregon, is designed to replicate the surface area of a full 53-gallon barrel for premium spirit aging.

Light Toast, Char 2:

These barrels are absolutely perfect for our humble set up.

Got my barrel in, the packaging was incredible. I appreciate the care that was taken in making sure it arrived at my door in the same state it was in when it left. I opened it up, and filled it with warm water as instructed for a day before filling with spirit. There were no leaks and everything looked good so I filled my barrel and have been dying in anticipation...how do people leave good juice sitting in a barrel for so long? The smells from the oak were incredible, not having stuck my nose in toasted and charred oak before, I immediately where a lot of the amazing flavors in bourbons and whiskeys come from. Just from the scent alone I could imagine the taste of what I might have in due time. I absolutely cannot wait to see the results. I'm very glad I invested in such a well made, high quality product, as well as support a veteran-owned small business.
Obvious crack in the oak caused by the securing nail. Very frustrating because this should never have made it out of the factory, or through to the retailer, and then to me. This was not a shipping issue, it�s a clear lack of quality control.
