Maturation Sticks in American White Oak
Introducing American White Oak maturation sticks, ideal for experimenting with unique oak flavors in your spirits.
Features:
- Pack Size: 4 sticks, each 1 inch by 4 inches (25mm x 100mm)
- Usage: Recommended one stick per gallon (4 Liters) of spirit
Custom Toasting & Charring:
- Toasting: Toast at 350°F for 30–60 minutes to develop your preferred flavor profile
- DIY Charring: Use a blow torch to customize the char level
DIY Preparation Steps:
- Preheat: Oven or heat source to 350°F–400°F (177°C–204°C)
- Toast: Place sticks in oven; toast for 30+ minutes until desired aroma is reached
- Cool: Let sticks cool completely before use
- Age: Fully submerge cooled sticks in spirit; taste regularly to monitor flavor

Got my sticks and they look and smell fantastic
Just put my first one in a gallon of all mash and it’s starting to color up nicely and starting to smell like bourbon

This wood is clearly amazing! Pulled it after 5 or 6 days and it is robust! With my current small batch operation, I for-see many test in the future. Toast, char levels, number of uses. Yea I’m digging it. Christopher keep it up !
