Crafted from 120-month yard-seasoned Oregon White Oak, this barrel enhances spirits with a balanced oak influence, ideal for aging whiskies, bourbons, brandies, and more. The tight grain and natural tannins provide a smooth maturation, adding subtle notes of allspice and vanillin.
Includes: Two bungs—one used for testing and an extra spare.

Of all my BadMo barrels, the 2 Oregon Oak are the two I am most excited about, as the contents are all made from PNW ingredients. The ultimate in northwest terroir. Skagit Valley grown ingredients aged in Oregon grown Garriana Oak.
